Detachable Top-Mount Base BLK 85 Nobody makes bases to fit as many guns as Weaver. Yet each base is machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit. They're designed to fight the effects of recoil with a square-cut notch that precisely mates to the sturdy cross bolt in every Weaver Detachable Ring. Custom-hardened fastening screws come with every Weaver base.

Used as Front base on:

- Browning 52**, 52C** A-Bolt (European Model)
- SAKO: 72, 75, 78
- Winchester: 520

Use as Rear base on:

- Browning 52, 52C, A-Bolt (European Model)
- Ruger 1*+, 3*+
- SAKO: 72, 75, 78
- Winchester: 520

* Shimming may be required for proper scope alignment
+ Gun will have to be drilled and tapped
** Front base screws must be shortened by grinding
